Our East Mountain Soccer League is run entirely by volunteers like you -- people that want to maintain a fun soccer opportunity in the East Mountain area for kids 14 & under. Without volunteers managing the league, we cannot have a league that is affordable and provides playing opportunities for all interested children.
If you'd like to know more about how you might be able to help your league, please email the Regional Commissioner or Registrar. There is a board meeting once per month (the 2nd Tuesday of each month). Typically, board members assume their positions for two years. |

provides overall direction for the soccer season, leads board meetings |

| Assistant Regional Commisioner |
assists the Regional Commissioner with various tasks and issues |

| Registrar |
in charge of getting all players registered & entered into the National AYSO database. (internet access is required) |
|
| Safety Director |
in charge of processing Accident Reports, scheduling Safe Haven training and ensuring conditions are safe for play |
|
| Coach Administrator |
manages the league's coaches. Coordinates the coaches meeting and coach instruction |
|
| League Manager |
(formerly known as Volunteer Appreciation/Fundraiser) sends out mailers, orders signs, organizes/orders trophies, arranges for field port-a-potties, etc. |

| Secretary |
Records & distributes board meeting minutes, etc |

| Safety Director |
The Safety Director shall be responsible for administering the AYSO Soccer Accident Insurance Program and liability insurance program for the Region, handling all reports of accidents and/or SAI claims for such programs, ensuring the safety of all participants in the Region by inspecting all field equipment, goal posts and fields to ensure they are in safe condition, and making safety information available. |
