Registration for the Spring, 2010 season will be held at the following dates/locations:
Children must be 4 years old by 9/12/09
Up to 18 years of age
New players must bring birth certificate or other proof of age
We accept only checks or cash (no credit or debit cards). $5 discounts are given to siblings:

Information needed FOR 1ST TIME
PLAYERS at registration:

- Child’s Name
- Age
- Birthdate
- Contact info (phone, email, etc.)
- Physician’s name and phone number
- Name of child’s insurance carrier
- Birth certification (for players new to our region)
