- Name of child’s insurance carrier
- Birth certification (for players new to our region)
Registration for the Fall, 2010 season will be held at the following dates/locations:
- Saturday, May 22nd - 9-12:00 at Los Vecinos Community Center - outside under the
canopy - Saturday, June 5th - 9-12:00 at Edgewood Walmart - Out front
- Saturday, June 26th - 9-12:00 at Triangle Grocery - Out front
The season will run from Sept. 11, 2010 - Oct. 30, 2010
Children must be 4 years old by 9/11/2010
Up to 18 years of age
New players must bring birth certificate or other proof of age
We accept only checks or cash (no credit or debit cards). $5 discounts are given to siblings:,
